My name is Mick. I'm a strength coach and performance nutritionist - but I didn't get here through a smooth ride.
I got here through serious injury. Multiple setbacks that took me out of training completely and forced me to rebuild from scratch - not once, but more than once. Most coaches would have walked away. Instead, it became an obsession.
During those rehab periods I became fascinated with what I was experiencing firsthand: the human body's ability to adapt, recover, and come back stronger when given the right inputs. That's not motivation-poster stuff - that's physiology. And once you understand it, you can use it deliberately.
I built PPP - the Peak Performance Protocol - because the men I work with don't need more generic programming. They need a coach who understands how the body actually responds under real-life conditions: stress, age, injury history, time constraints, and the gap between where they are and where they know they can be.
